EDGE Program Overview
CMASS Juniors is proud to be one of the top volleyball clubs in New England and excited to continue to build off our previous success!
CMASS EDGE is designed for the dedicated athlete looking to take their game to the next level by getting an edge over the competition. Utilizing sports performance training, position-specific sessions, team practices, and a goal-oriented mentality, we aim to emphasize improvement across all aspects of the game while providing a competitive schedule to fit each teams needs.
Program Levels
- National – High level of commitment with competitive tournaments throughout the nation along with three (3) practices per week. In addition, these teams will compete at either USAV or AAU Nationals.
- North Atlantic – High level of commitment with competitive tournaments in the Northeast along with three (3) practices per week.
- Regional – Provides a less demanding schedule with two (2) practices per week along with a tournament schedule local to New England.

Team & Training Prep (Nov – Dec)
- Sunday – Positional + Team Practice/Compete + Sports Performance Training
- Monday and Wednesday – Team and/or Positional Practices + Sports Performance Training
Tournament Season (Jan-May)
- Sunday (2.5 Hours) – Positional + Team Practice/Compete
- Monday (1.5-2 Hours) – Team Practice
- Wednesday (1.5-2 Hours) – Competition Night
National Season (June-Nationals)
- Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday practices
- Tournament Dates – TBD
TOURNAMENT OFFERINGS
Season will be comprised of 9-11 Tournaments including Nationals:
- 3 – 4 | Two Day Events
- 4 – 5 | Three Day Events
- 1-2 USAV Qualifiers
- USAV or AAU National (4 Day Tournament)
